To have met Frances was magic.  Unforgettable. Her smiling eyes contagious and her outgoing spirit sparked from afar. 

To have known Frances was to bare witness to a beautiful journey with curves, hills, mountains, and valleys.  One she traveled with grace, strong, and always brave.

 To have loved Frances was natural, a continuous blessing, and to have been loved by her was an immeasurable treasure, shiny and bright.

 To continue her legacy is a privilege. Not to be defined by time or within boundaries, yet to begin now.  Not to wait a second longer. A celebration—big or small.  Being a friend to all.  Colorful. Loud. Always with music.  And full of life.
